DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

An email address is needed to start the order process. Register for a PPL PLZ THGS account so that you can start adding your favorite pieces to your wishlist and easily place an order. 

How long does it take to process my order? 

Please allow up to 24-48 hours of process time. Since we work with international designers we like to make sure all parties involved in making you look fabulous has all the correct information to process your order.  

what happens if i dont get my order? 

We will backtrack your order to see what the hiccup was.  We will refund you your money back, if we cannot locate the package. 

Can i track my order?

Yes all orders will have a tracking number so you can track the entire process. 

Something i want is sold out,how long do i have to wait to get it back in stock? 

Oh no Batman. We  contact the vendor when we are down to 5 items ( if  it is no a direct buy) on the site. Please keep in mind we do not mass produce items, so if the vendor has it on hand in that paticular country  it could take a week if not up to a couple months. We will keep you personally informed on when it's likely we will have the item back in stock. 

What is your return policy? 

Purchases made from www.pplplzthgs.com are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the date shipped. Your conformation email of shipping will have your last day of return stated in the context. Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment, unless gift card is requested. 

All returned/exchange items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging and undamaged. All returns must be accompanied by the return form. 

Sale items, clearance items, underwear, swimsuits, lingerie, earrings, cannot be returned or exchanged, unlaced required by law.   

how long should it take to get my refund?   

 Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For  international and apo/fpo addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
